Ainslee is a Rockland native. She graduated from Endicott College in Beverly, MA with a BS in Business Administration. This education would serve her when she decided 7 years later to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. She attended Downeast School of Massage, an accredited school, in Waldoboro, Maine.

Ainslee resides in the South End of Rockland with her partner James, two children, two cats & a dog. Holistic health and bodywork are her passion.
